Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63 Noida (On-Site)

Shift: US Shift

Education: Bachelors degree required (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Work on W2 and full-time requirements
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/behavioral evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipeline

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of technologies (Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (GC, USC, H1B, GC-EAD)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
