What Youll Do:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Work closely with hiring managers on technical requirements

Source, screen, and close candidates across contract & W2 roles

Manage multiple requisitions in a metrics-driven environment

Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

What Were Looking For:

24 years of US IT recruitment experience

Exposure to SI and Agency hiring models

Strong technical recruiting and communication skills

Experience with ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools

Understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem
