Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to US staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate coordination across multiple technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for US IT requirements using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability
• Coordinate interviews with US clients and consultants across time zones
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer stages
• Support offer negotiations, onboarding documentation, and compliance
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active US IT consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with various Job Portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, etc.)
• Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
