-Manage full-cycle recruitment for international markets

-Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals & strategic mapping

-Conduct screening for skills, intent & cultural fit

-Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers & ensure smooth closures.

- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders globally
