Shift: (Night Shift) 5 days a week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 23 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various domains for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.

Negotiate pay rates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database.

Work closely with Account Managers / Sales team to understand client requirements.

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099 knowledge preferred).

Required Skills:

23 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Data, etc.).

Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles.

Good understanding of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners.

Strong experience in LinkedIn Boolean search.

Proven track record of placements.
