US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced mid-level to senior US IT Recruiter (work on-site)cwho can manage end-to-end IT recruitment with precision and consistency. If you have a strong understanding of sourcing, candidate engagement, and requirement closing skills, this role may be the right fit.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including understanding client needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offers.
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), networking events, and industry-specific databases, to identify qualified candidates.
• Candidate screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Offer negotiation: Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, ensuring competitive offers and successful placements.
• Relationship building: Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
• Market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities within the ATS.
