US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and high-priority IT requirements across the U.S. market.

Experience Required: 6+ years in US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche US IT positions.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models with strong client alignment.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Maintain ATS records and consistently meet or exceed submission and closure targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience .
• Strong understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and employment classifications.
• Proven success closing senior-level and niche technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
