Youll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
• Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains.
• Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision.
• Source candidates through multiple channels job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques.
• Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (because thats how we roll).

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory).
• Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients.
• Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours.
