Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (local preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with 6 to 12 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US IT requirements across W2 and C2C models.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on US IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
• Understand job requirements and skills across IT technologies
• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate with candidates for availability, rate negotiation, and submission
• Submit profiles to clients/vendors and follow up on interview status
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or internal tracking sheets
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and documentation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Familiarity with US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of ATS and MS Excel
• Willing to work in Night Shift (US Shift Timings)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors
• Exposure to contract and full-time hiring
• Basic negotiation and client coordination skills
