Title: US IT Recruiter - Freshers

Location: Onsite in Kochi

Job Description:

Zencon is seeking freshers with excellent communication skills and "go getter" personality for the role of a US IT Recruiter to work remotely to support our current recruitment process. We will provide training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interview candidates and understand technical jargon
• Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates
• Conduct Boolean searches
• Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing
• Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes
• Use creativity in finding the right talent
• Hit weekly targets
• Update resume formatting to make it presentable
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge of US IT Recruiting

Expectations of the job:

Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week.

Minimum 1 closure in a month
