US IT Recruiter

Position: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Onsite work

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record working with direct clients, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and preferably have experience supporting clients in the banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 roles across various IT technologies.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Dice, Monster, CB), internal ATS, and referrals.
• Work with account managers and delivery leads to understand job requirements and client priorities.
• Screen for technical skills, visa status, communication, location, and availability
• Schedule interviews, manage candidate feedback, and support offer/onboarding processes

Requirements:

• 8+ years of US IT recruiting experience
• Proven experience working with VMS clients and direct relationships
• Deep knowledge of US IT hiring practices, tax terms, and employment types
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and closing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) and MS Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
