Job Description
Position : US IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Cyber Towers, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite).
Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 7 pm to 4 am IST
Roles and responsibilities:
Recruiting top talent for our clients.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc.
Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Familiar with different US Tax terms, Familiarity with USA tax terms like Corp-Corp ( C2C ), W2, 1099
Good resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the team.
Good understanding of different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Career builder.
Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility to ensure you meet your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a sense of urgency.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Good Headhunting skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn and Dice.
- Works independently and with the team effectively to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and results-driven to attain growth goals, Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
