The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients and candidates. Responsibilities also include understanding job requirements, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process by working closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill their staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting for technical roles
• Knowledge of best practices in Technical Recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Human Resources, Business, or a relevant domain
