Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting for technical roles
- Knowledge of best practices in Technical Recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Human Resources, Business, or a relevant domain
