Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (BPO/KPO/RPO Experienced Only) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in US staffing and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Source and screen IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments via calls and emails
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Learn and adhere to US recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree (HR, IT, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift)
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong learning attitude and career-oriented mindset


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to recruitment or HR internships
  • Knowledge of US staffing concepts (W2, C2C, 1099 basic understanding)
  • Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, or CareerBuilder
