Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Kharadi, Pune onsite 5 days.

Experience: 1+ Years in US Staffing

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST Mon- Fri

Fixed off: Sat/Sun.

Salary: Based on discussion

Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal database.

Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & clients.

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles.

Maintain daily submission and interview reports.

Required Skills:

Experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Good understanding of US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)

Business Development Manager (BDM) US Staffing

Location: Pune - Flexible for Remote as well.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST Mon- Fri

Fixed off: Sat/Sun.

Salary: Based on discussion

Job Description:

Generate new business opportunities in US IT staffing market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, MSP/VMS partners.

Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and MSA agreements.

Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US staffing industry.

Experience with MSP/VMS models.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
