- Work confidently on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and Full-Time placements.
- Leverage job boards, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing techniques to find and engage top IT talent.
- Manage detailed records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or spreadsheets.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of US tax terms and compliance requirements.
