Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter specialized in Java hiring to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring Java Developers and a strong understanding of Java-based technologies. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple requirements, and delivering quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Java Developer roles (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, etc.)
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical discussions for Java skillsets
• Coordinate interviews with technical teams and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Strong expertise in Java Developer hiring
• In-depth knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
