Senior US IT Recruiter


Role and Responsibilities:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in US IT recruitment & sourcing.

Strong experience hiring W2 candidates for full-time and contract positions.

Strong experience hiring US Citizens and Green Card holders.

Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients.

Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects using ATS

Source and recruit candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Night Shift as per US hours
