Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place IT consultants in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bench sales, vendor management, rate negotiation, and placing consultants on C2C/W2 contracts with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to vendors and direct clients in the US.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Negotiate billing rates and contract terms.
  • Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up aggressively for interview schedules.
  • Coordinate interviews and offer closures.
  • Maintain daily submission and placement reports.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand consultant skill sets.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and onboarding requirements.
  • Track consultant availability, project extensions, and redeployments.
Required Skills
  • 46 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Strong vendor network across US staffing market.
  • Experience placing consultants on C2C/W2.
  • Strong understanding of US visa types and work authorization.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in US shift.
  • Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools.
