Job Description

Job Summary

The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners across the United States. The role requires strong vendor relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of US staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to prime vendors, MSPs, and direct clients
  • Daily sourcing and submission of profiles through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients
  • Handle rate negotiations, contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management with clients and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with US work authorization, immigration status, and documentation
  • Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements using ATS/Excel
  • Achieve weekly and monthly submission and closure targets
  • Follow up consistently with vendors for interview feedback and decision updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 To 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Staffing
  • Strong understanding of US hiring models: C2C, W2, 1099, Full-time
  • Excellent knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT)
  • Proven experience working with prime vendors and MSP clients
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in US night shifts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and job portals

  • Existing vendor database and active client relationships
  • Experience handling senior and niche technology profiles
  • Knowledge of rate benchmarking and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
