Role Overview

We are looking for a US HR Onboarding Specialist with 23 years of experience in managing endtoend onboarding for US consultants/employees. The role requires strong knowledge of US onboarding documentation, compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

US Onboarding & Documentation

• Handle endtoend onboarding of US consultants and employees.
• Collect, review, and verify onboarding documents as per US compliance standards .
• Manage offer letters, onboarding forms, and joining formalities .
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of I9 and EVerify processes.
• Follow up on expiring I9s and work authorization documents .

HR Operations Support

• Maintain electronic employee files related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Act as the point of contact for consultants during the onboarding phase.
• Support HR activities from onboarding to exit .
• Ensure adherence to US HR policies and internal SOPs.

MustHave Requirements

• 23 years of experience in US HR onboarding .
• Handson experience with I9, EVerify , and compliance documentation.
• Good understanding of US HR processes and employment documentation .
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work in US shift timings .

Good to Have

• Exposure to US payroll or compliance processes .
• Experience handling consultant onboarding in IT staffing companies.
• Familiarity with HR tools or ATS/HRIS systems.
