Junior US Healthcare Recruiter

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months experience in US Shift / US Process
• Minimum 6 months experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, AR Calling, HR Support, or US Call Center
• Night shift experience mandatory
• Interest in learning US Healthcare / Travel Nurse Recruitment
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle or ATS is an advantage ( but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Senior US Healthcare Recruiter

Requirements

• 23+ years experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Experience recruiting Travel Nurses, RNs, LPNs, Allied Healthcare professionals
• Hands-on experience with ATS and VMS portals
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and submission skills
