About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with 15 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Recruit for roles such as:
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Physicians
• Allied Healthcare Professionals
• Medical Coders
• Conduct initial screening and technical validation calls
• Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate interviews with clients and manage offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate pipeline and meet monthly hiring targets
• Work closely with account managers and US clients

Qualifications

• 34 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology and job roles
• Experience working on W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models
• Knowledge of US time zones and client communication
• Experience using ATS systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
