US Generics Business Finance & Controllership

Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in US Generics Gross-to-Net accounting and reporting . The role involves managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor customer commercial contracts and configure pricing and accrual conditions in SAP/Vistex systems.
2. Account for and report sales after applying relevant Gross-to-Net terms.
3. Ensure adequate sales accruals for chargebacks, rebates, expired returns, etc., are maintained in the system.
4. Oversee inventory accounting and provisions.
5. Prepare and report monthly sales and gross margin by customer and product.
6. Ensure that the team validates and process customer claims related to chargebacks, rebates, returns, and admin fees promptly.
7. Review Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payments and dispute incorrect claims/deductions.
8. Monitor payables and maintain sufficient accruals for sales and general administrative expenses.
9. Preparation of profit share statements and communicate with partners.
10. Perform intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
11. Prepare standalone financial statements and relevant schedules on a monthly basis.
12. Manage internal and external audits.
13. Develop and track the US Generics Sales Plan; report performance periodically.
14. Review customer bids, RFPs, and opportunities; analyze profitability to determine pricing strategies.
15. Monitor customer pricing to ensure MFN (Most Favored Nation) compliance.

Qualifications

• CA with 3+ years of relevant experience OR
• CA Inter / MBA with 45 years of relevant experience
