US Entity Controller (IT Services)

Role Description

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling IT Services organization to hire an Entity Controller who will strengthen controllership across multiple global entities and ensure a robust, compliant, and high-performing financial backbone. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as a US Entity Controller. The US Entity Controller will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational and financial efficiency.

This is not a routine accounting role-you'll work closely with the Global Controller and Finance Leadership to drive process rigor, accurate financial reporting, and continuous improvements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete month-end and year-end close for assigned global entities

- Ensure book closure excellence: strong GL governance, reconciliations, and balance sheet accuracy

- Manage intercompany transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and support consolidation teams

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and alignment with global accounting policies

- Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and finance processes

- Drive automation and process improvements across accounting workflows

- Partner with FP&A on actuals, variance analysis, and cost optimization insights

- Support ERP initiatives and finance transformation programs

What You Bring:

- CA with 7+ years of strong controllership and core accounting experience

- Hands-on expertise in month-end close, GL accounting, and book closure

- Good understanding of Ind AS / IFRS and multi-entity/global operations

- Must have handled controller for a US based entity (NON NEGOTIABLE)

- Ability to operate with urgency in a high-growth, deadline-driven environment
