Job Title: Engineering Recruiter

Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore

Hybrid role (4 days onsite and 1 day remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and proactive US Recruiter to join our team. The US Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the US job market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  4. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations.
  5. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  6. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies).
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based recruitment role.
  • Prefer experience in recruiting for engineering roles with automotive, manufacturing, aerospace or EV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals and targets.
