Job Description

Pentangle Tech Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated US Engineering Recruiter to join our Indore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified engineering professionals for our US clients across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for US Engineering positions (IT / Non-IT Engineering roles)
• Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients
• Manage candidate documentation, compliance, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment preferred
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes and time zones
• Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
