This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Customer Support Associate, located in Hyderabad. The associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and resolving queries and issues efficiently. Daily tasks include engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat, assisting with product or service inquiries, and delivering training or guidance on usage when required. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales with the ability to effectively communicate product or service value
• Proficiency in delivering training sessions to clients or team members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to handle client inquiries with professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
