US & Canada Bench Sales Recruiters

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US/Canada Hours)

Experience: 14 Years in US/Canada IT Staffing

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to market our consultants across the US and Canadian markets

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, EAD) for US & Canada
• Submit profiles to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
• Maintain strong vendor relationships
• Negotiate rates and close C2C/W2 contracts
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain daily submission & closure reports

• Hands-on experience in US and/or Canada bench sales
• Strong vendor database and network
• Good understanding of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp US & Canada equivalents)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shift
