We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in the complete bench sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, have a strong vendor network, and be capable of delivering quick closures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end bench sales activities including sourcing, marketing, submissions, negotiations, and closures

Handle consultants on OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, and US Citizens

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and close candidates efficiently

Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other networking tools

Stay updated with market trends and US visa policies

Requirements:

2+years of hands-on Bench Sales experience (IT consulting preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong vendor network with proven closure track record

Proactive, resourceful, and target-driven mindset
