US Accounts Executive

Role: US Accounts Executive

Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Experience: 2-5+ Years

Work Timings: 8:00 PM 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets.
• Prepare and submit client invoices; manage end-to-end billing cycles.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADP
• Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks/Ceipal.
• Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
• Communicate directly with US clients and lead client calls.
• Understand client requirements and provide accounting support.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and capable of leading work independently.

Tools & Skills:

• 25+ years of experience in US accounting/US IT Staffing /Consulting (Strong Plus).
• Prior experience in client communication and handling client calls is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar tools
• Experience with US payroll tools
• Solid understanding of US payroll, billing, invoicing, and collections
• Proven experience in reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
