About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced US Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager in Gurgaon. This is a client-facing role that requires strong expertise in US accounting standards and hands-on experience managing accounting for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team while also performing individual accounting tasks for US clients.
• Handle end-to-end accounting processes in compliance with US GAAP.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality accounting solutions.

Preferred Background:

• CA or CA Inter preferred with 5+ years of post-qualification experience .
• Strong client-facing experience in US accounting .
• Prior experience in an accounting advisory or consulting firm is a must.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and work independently.
