Experience Range: 7+ to 12 Years (6+ Years can be considered for strong CA Inter / CMA Inter profiles with relevant exposure)

CTC Range: Up to 14.00 LPA (Final offer based on experience and fitment)

Location: Pan India Remote

Travel Requirement: Mandatory travel to Bangalore office once in 3 months

Shift: US / International Shift

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners or Candidates serving short notice (Max 1530 Days)

Mandatory Documentation: PAN Number required for profile processing

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for Assistant Manager (AM) / Deputy Manager (DM) US Accounting roles. The candidate will directly manage US-based clients and must possess strong GL accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in transition and international accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US Accounting / International Accounting processes.
• Handle General Ledger (GL) and R2R (Record to Report) functions.
• Write and review general journal entries across different ERP systems.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle revenue and expense accounting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
• Manage direct communication with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Handle client escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 23 members.
• Drive and manage end-to-end transition of accounting processes (Minimum 23 transition projects preferred).

Qualifications

• CA Inter
• CA Finalist
• CMA Inter / Semi-Qualified CMA
• MBA Finance (with relevant US / International exposure)

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in US / International Accounting.
• Strong hands-on exposure to GL Accounting and R2R processes.
• Experience in journal entry writing and month-end closing.
• US GAAP knowledge Mandatory.
• End-to-end transition experience Mandatory.
• Experience handling direct US client interactions.
• Strong English communication skills Mandatory.
• Leadership experience managing 23 team members.
• Flexible to work in US / International shifts.
