Urgently Require Architect with 4–8 Years Experience for Architecture Firm in Delhi

We are looking for Experienced Architects / Draughtsman Urgently with min. 4-8 years of experience to join our Delhi team and you will have an opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors .

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Experience on Working Drawings, Tender Drawings and Architectural drawings as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
• Experience in AUTOCAD Designs and Drawings, Photo shop etc.
• Coordinate effectively with in-house services and estimation teams during preparation and submission of Tender and GFC documents.
• Independently handle large scale projects from competition and presentation stage to on site construction and completion stage.
• Also work on Presentation / Proposal of competition projects of various types using latest softwares.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

Qualifying Criteria for the Job

• Educational Qualification required- B.Arch/ Diploma in Architecture.
• Minimum 4-8 years of working experience
• Experience in working on government projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
