Purpose :
To ensure smooth and efficient execution of HR operations while maintaining strong client relationships. The HR Manager will handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, resolve grievances, manage payroll & compliance, and regularly visit client sites to ensure employee satisfaction, gather feedback, and enhance engagement through R&R and other initiatives.
Job Details
Experience Required: 68 years in core HR activities
Qualifications: Graduation is a must
Location: Noida Sector 62 (WFO 5 Days)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)
Note
This role focuses solely on Core HR + Client HR Management (No recruitment).
Candidate must be comfortable managing both operational HR work and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, induction, payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance processes.
- Handle employee grievances, maintain HR documentation, and ensure accurate HRMIS.
- Support performance management, engagement activities, and HR policy implementation.
Client Handling & Field Responsibilities
- Visit client sites regularly for employee connection, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients for HR updates and ensure smooth management of deployed staff.
- Plan and execute R&R activities, team dinners, celebrations, and engagement events.
