The Opportunity

As a Senior Interactive Learning Video Editor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next evolution of digital learning at Intellismith. This role goes beyond traditional video editing and focuses on creating interactive, decision-based, and character-led learning experiences.

You will work closely with content, product, and technology teams to transform learning concepts into engaging, scenario-driven training journeys that improve learner understanding and retention.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit interactive learning videos with multiple decision paths and outcomes
• Create detailed storyboards for branching narratives, role-play scenarios, and simulations
• Design character-led learning experiences, where characters explain concepts, ask questions, and respond to learner choices
• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to convert training concepts into interactive video journeys
• Implement second-layer learning complexity, including:
• Decision-based video flows
• Scenario-based simulations
• Gamified learning elements
• Ensure learning objectives are met through engaging and intuitive video experiences
• Continuously innovate formats for digital learning and training content
• Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior video editors and designers
• Review team outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives
• Support task planning, prioritization, and timely delivery of video projects
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable improvements for the team

What Were Looking For

• 710 years of experience in video editing, interactive media, or learning content creation
• Strong expertise in storyboarding, branching videos, and gamification
• Experience in learning, training, or e-learning content (preferred)
• Proven experience in handling and mentoring a creative or video production team
• Ability to think from a learners perspective, not just as a video editor
• Strong collaboration skills and ownership mindset
• High creative ownership & innovation
• Purpose-driven role in Indias skilling ecosystem

Tools & Technologies:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Articulate Storyline, H5P, Adobe Captivate, Figma, Miro, Frame.io, LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI).

• CTC: Competitive and commensurate with experience
