Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QCEngineer to lead and manage quality systems for our solar EPC projects across India. This head-officebased role involves defining quality standards, monitoring execution, and ensuring compliance across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC systems for solar EPC projects
• Prepare and maintain quality procedures, SOPs, and checklists
• Monitor civil, structural, and BOS quality across project sites
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and quality plans
• Coordinate with project, planning, and execution teams
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs and corrective actions
• Guide and monitor site QA/QC engineers and technicians
• Maintain quality documentation and management reports
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong experience in solar EPC quality management
• Excellent knowledge of civil works, piling, foundations, and BOS
• Understanding of drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System preferred
• Strong coordination, leadership, and documentation skills
