We are looking for a creative, passionate, and skilledArt Teacherto teach high school students and guide them in exploring various art forms, techniques, and creative expressions. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic ability, classroom-management skills, and a genuine interest in nurturing young talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity, skill-building, and artistic exploration.
• Demonstrate various artistic techniques and guide students in practical work.
• Organize and supervise art projects, exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
• Assess student work, maintain portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage and maintain the art room, materials, and equipment.
• Encourage visual thinking, creativity, observation skills, and artistic discipline.
• Integrate digital art tools or techniques (if applicable).
• Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications

• BFA or MFA in Fine Arts (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in art education (optional, but beneficial).
• Prior experience teaching art to middle or high school students preferred.
