About the Role (GenAI Engineer) * Immediate joiners only

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who can work at the intersection of AI, product, and customer needs . This is not a research or core-AI role you will focus on using AI to build real business workflows , integrations, and customer-facing solutions.

You will work closely with product, customer success, and engineering teams to design, build, and improve AI-powered features and automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI-powered workflows using APIs, webhooks, and platform tools
• Use Python to write clean, reliable, and production-ready code
• Work with LLMs and AI tools to solve real business problems (prompting, orchestration, data flow)
• Integrate external services using REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud functions
• Understand product and customer context and translate it into AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to ship usable AI features
• Own your work end-to-end from understanding the problem to delivering the solution

Must-Have Skills

• Strong communication & articulation (must be able to explain clearly to technical and non-technical teams)
• Applied AI mindset using AI to solve problems, not building AI models from scratch
• Strong Python coding skills
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and platform integrations
• Product and customer awareness understands why a feature is being built
• Professional maturity, ownership, and accountability
• 12 years of relevant experience in software, automation, AI, or platform engineering

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge
• SQL (basic to intermediate)
• Familiarity with LLM concepts (prompting, tokens, context, etc.)
• Basic awareness of cloud functions / serverless workflows
• Exposure to TypeScript or Go
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) awareness (Level 23 preferred)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Any client-facing or customer-support experience
