We are Hiring for International Accounting Process (Work From Office)

We are hiring for multiple roles in an International Accounting / Customer Service Process. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

1. Senior Accountant

Salary: 71,000 90,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift (any 9 hours between 7:30 PM 7:30 AM)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed

2. Specialist Accounts

Salary: 91,000 1,10,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)

3. Team Leader Accounts

Salary: 1,11,000 1,35,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Summary

We are looking for professionals with international accounting experience to work in a client-facing accounting process. The role involves handling accounting tasks while coordinating with international clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting processes for international clients (US/UK/Australia)
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial records
• Interact with clients to resolve accounting-related queries
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Use accounting tools like QuickBooks (preferred)
• Meet process SLAs, quality, and turnaround time targets

For Team Leader Role:

• Manage and lead a team of accountants
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
• Conduct team reviews, training, and mentoring
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ACCA
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in accounting (Indian or International US/UK/Australia)
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
• Experience in international accounting processes preferred
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in night shifts
