Job Title: Data Validator (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Mumbai,Andheri

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Data Validator to review and validate supplier questionnaires and documentation to ensure data accuracy and quality on the system. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to resolve data discrepancies with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate supplier questionnaires and submitted documents.
• Identify missing or incorrect data and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Ensure data meets company standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs in CRM systems.
• Monitor document expiry and supplier renewals.
• Work closely with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure data quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Spanish language proficiency (Mandatory).
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Prior experience in data validation / data quality checking is an advantage.
