Job Description

Hi Folks,


We are currently hiring for Sales Head/Sales Coordinator with a Leading firm based in Hyderabad


Role- Sales Coordinator/ Sales Head

Location- Hyderabad

Shift- 10am to 7pm

Monday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed off

Salary--6lpa

Exp: 4-5yrs min into sales head

Qualification:- Grad/PG/MBA , Sales and Marketing or related field.

Note- Candidates should know Hindi & Telugu.


  1. Sales Head Role:

Key Responsibilities :

Take full responsibility for driving overall sales performance of the company.

Recruit and onboard a Sales Coordinator immediately to support sales operations.

Conduct and report weekly sales reviews, including sales numbers, pipeline status, and

target achievement.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company pricing and business plans.

Coordinate with management for guidance on pricing, planning, and major sales

decisions.

Build and expand multiple sales channels to increase revenue.

Identify new market segments and verticals to generate additional business.

Develop dealer, distributor, and B2B sales networks to expand reach.

Maximize sales using existing company resources without requiring additional

investment.

Track leads, conversions, and customer relationships to ensure consistent sales growth.


2.Sales Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Management. Receive and process sales orders.

Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) and Sales Orders in system. Coordinate with accounts

for advance/payment confirmation. Ensure timely order entry and documentation.

Track order status until dispatch and delivery. Payment Follow-Up and Collections.

Maintain debtor ageing report. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via

calls and emails. Send structured payment reminders. Coordinate with accounts team

for reconciliation. Escalate overdue accounts to management when required. Maintain

collection tracker and update weekly. Customer Database and Analysis. Maintain

updated customer master database. Classify customers into A/B/C/D categories based

on revenue. Track repeat orders and inactive customers. Share monthly revenue per

customer analysis. Support reactivation of inactive accounts. Sales Reporting and

Insights. Prepare daily sales reports. Maintain weekly and monthly sales dashboards.

Conduct product-wise and territory-wise sales analysis. Track sales performance

against targets. Provide insights to management for decision-making. Coordination and

Support. Coordinate with dispatch team for timely deliveries. Confirm delivery with

customers. Record customer complaints and ensure resolution tracking. Update

CRM/system on a real-time basis. Provide backend support to field sales team.


KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).

Experience in CRM software preferred. Good communication skills (Hindi and English).

Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and commercial documentation. Strong follow-

up discipline and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Process-driven and organized mindset. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Order processing

within defined turnaround time. Reduction in debtor days. Accuracy and timeliness of

sales reports. Customer sales reports reactivation and repeat order tracking. Timely CRM/system updates.
