Job Title: HSE Auditor Desktop Audit

Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Candidates must be based in Mumbai)

Shift: Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM 06:00 PM

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

Experience-Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Qualifications & Certifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate Mandatory
• IRCA-recognized Lead Auditor certification Preferred
• Graduate degree preferred with strong English language proficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for an HSE Auditor to join its team in Mumbai. This role involves conducting desktop audits on Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSSE) and Social Responsibility criteria, reviewing documentation, and preparing detailed audit reports that provide insights to buyer communities.

Purpose of the Role

You will be part of a team responsible for conducting desktop audits and completing associated reports based on supplier documentation related to health, safety, environmental, and social responsibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop audits based on supplier documentation and compliance requirements.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports that provide insights to buyer communities.
• Ensure accuracy in language, grammar, and report structure.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding audit findings and processes.
• Maintain high quality standards during report reviews and checks.
• Manage audit workload effectively to meet deadlines and SLA requirements.

Experience

• Candidates may come from technical, compliance, safety, or data-checking backgrounds with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse documentation and clearly present findings in written audit reports.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to interpret compliance documents and prepare structured reports
