Urgent Hiring For Growth & Performance Marketing Manager - E Commerce (D2C)

Location Noida / Bangalore

Experience - 36 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth D2C or E-commerce brand

Salary 30 TO 35 LPA Depends on experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-obsessed growth hacker to lead our customer

acquisition efforts. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the

strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media budgets to drive high-quality traffic and

rupee spent contributes to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end performance

marketing strategies to hit monthly and quarterly new customer targets.

Acquisition Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives beyond traditional paid

mediasuch as referral programs, performance-led influencer partnerships,

and new channel pilots

customer base.

Media Buying & Management: Own the strategy and execution across major

platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEM/PMAX), YouTube, and OTTs.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize large-scale monthly performance

marketing spends, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize ROAS.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on daily performance

metrics. Use data-driven insights to pivot strategies and identify new growth levers.

Creative Strategy: Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing ad

assets (videos, statics, and UGC) based on performance data and trend analysis.

Cross functional Collaboration:

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

36 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth D2C

or E-commerce brand.

Proven track record of managing monthly spends exceeding 1Cr+ while maintaining

healthy CAC.

Deep technical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google

Analytics (GA4).

Strong analytical mindset; you should be a "power user" of Excel/Google Sheets and

comfortable with data visualization.
