Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Salary: 6 LPA 8 LPA

Experience: 15 Years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) or any degree related to Finance

Language Requirement: Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Head to oversee and manage the companys financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the companys overall financial operations.
• Prepare and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing processes.
• Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial laws.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions when required.
• Prepare and present financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets to management.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely salary payments, vendor payments, and financial obligations.
• Implement financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Develop and implement plans to recover outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
• Review GST filings and verify turnover matching for the previous financial year (PFY).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Taxation
• Understanding of GST compliance and financial regulations
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with auditors and financial institutions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
