Key Responsibilities

Drive high-ticket, consultative sales conversations with prospective students and parents, converting qualified

Leads into premium paid consulting engagements.

Achieve intake-wise revenue, conversion, and enrollment targets across admission cycles through effective,

Ethical, and student-centric selling.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

15 years of experience in overseas education consulting, premium counselling, or high-ticket sales.

Proven ability to manage high-value clients and complex consultative sales cycles.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment while prioritizing student experience.
