Deccan PU College is looking for a skilled and dedicatedHindi Facultywith35 years of teaching experienceto deliver quality instruction, strengthen students language skills, and support academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• TeachHindifor PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic schedule
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to improvereading, writing, grammar, and comprehension
• Prepare students forexams, internal assessments, and board-level evaluations
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions
• Encourage student participation throughspeech, essay writing, debates, and language activities
• Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports
• Provide academic mentoring and support to students when required
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and college events
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Hindi(MA Hindi preferred)
• B.Edis an added advantage
• 35 years of relevant teaching experienceat PU/College level
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate students and improve academic results
