Job Description

Executive-Administration

We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Mutual Fund Industry/ BFSI and looking for a Executive-Admin for New Branch Setup in Bangalore.

1 to 4 years of proven experience in administrative management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing support to the Offices and Branches across the country.
  • Assist in liaising with architects to ensure seamless integration of office interiors.
  • Updating and maintaining administrative-related MIS on a regular basis
  • Assist in establishing effective communication channels with government bodies to obtain work permissions and ensure seamless execution of interior and civil work
  • Collaborating with department heads to gain insights into their administrative requirements
  • Renewing AMC contracts for AC, FAS, EPABX, CCTV, and other equipment
  • Assist in maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of fire extinguishers, water sprinklers, and fire alarm systems
  • Assist in managing travel arrangements for employee through third party, including air tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and visa arrangements for employees
  • Accurately maintaining records of assets and implementing effective tagging systems
  • Allocating mobile devices and SIM cards in accordance with company policies
  • Supervising day-to-day operations, including repair and maintenance activities Assist in organizing and and executing a wide range ofstaff picnics, events, party and conferences.
  • Assist in ensuring shops establishments application is applied and the certificate is received well within the TAT. Assist in renewals of all Lease agreements AMC contract done prior to the expiry date.
  • Ensuring all statutory documents / certificates are displayed at the common area (reception) in line to compliance.


Qualification& Experience

Bachelor's degree

1 to 4 years of proven experience in administrative management.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
