About the Role

Senzcraft is looking for a skilled and proactive Data Operation Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data integration, GCP production pipelines, and incident management. This role requires hands-on expertise in optimizing data workflows and ensuring high reliability in production environments.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Talend (SAP HANA or SAP BW integration either one)
• Hands-on experience in BigQuery optimization
• Experience in Data Reliability & GCP production pipelines
• Strong understanding of Production Operations & Incident Management
• Proficiency in Python & SQL
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of SFTP
• Experience in API Testing using Postman

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage production data pipelines on GCP
• Optimize BigQuery queries for performance and cost efficiency
• Develop and maintain Talend integrations with SAP systems
• Handle incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Implement CI/CD best practices for data workflows
• Maintain data quality, reliability, and availability

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
