Were Hiring: Game Programmers/Developers & XR Coders

Location: Mumbai | Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Immersive Technologies AR/VR/XR/MR

Role Description

This is a full-time Game Developer role located on-site in Mumbai. The Game Developer will be responsible for developing mobile games, implementing augmented reality (AR) features, designing levels, and utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Day-to-day tasks will include writing and testing code, collaborating with designers and artists, and optimizing application performance.

The Developer must have 2d,3d cross platform game developing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mobile Game Development and Level Design
• Skills in Augmented Reality (AR) development
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Game Programming and OOP (C++, C#, Python).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with any game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal)/
• Familiarity with 3D pipelines, Shaders, Asset Optimization, and XR SDKs
• Bonus: Marine/Industrial Simulation experience or serious games portfolio

Profiles in Demand:

• Game Programmers (Unity, Unreal, Godot, CryEngine, Three.js, PlayCanvas)
• Developers fluent in C++, C#, Python (preferably with XR or game pipeline knowledge)
• Mobile/WebXR Developers (iOS, Android, WebXR)
• Problem-Solvers who can build high-fidelity, real-time 3D simulations
• Bonus: Prior experience in maritime, simulator, or serious game development

Technical & Architectural Leadership

• Own thetechnical vision, architecture, and coding standards across platforms.
• Architect and designsecure, high-concurrency, multi-regionweb and mobile applications.
• Drive adoption of emerging tech, next-gen tools, and industry best practices.

Hands-on Engineering Excellence

• Spend~Gaming Creating and coding Distributed systems.
• Debug, optimize, and push high-quality code into production.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to keep velocity and quality high.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Work with Gaming team, front-end, backend, and API engineers; foster a culture ofownership and excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Delivery teams using agile & trunk-based development.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, scalable engineering solutions.

Quality, DevOps & Integration

• Conducttest automationand integrate testing.
• Ensure seamless integration across internal systems, cloud ecosystems, and third-party APIs.
• Own performance, reliability, and system-wide stability.

Technical Expertise Were Looking For

• 5-7+ yearsbackend engineering experience
• 3-5+ yearsTech Lead / Architecture role
• Battle-tested experience running systems at10,000+ user scale

Core Stack Mastery

• Unity
• Unreal
• Backend
• Cloud/DevOps:AWS (SQS, Lambda, Kafka, EventBridge, S3, CloudFront, Fargate)
• Strong API design, SQL/NoSQL schema design
